Taichi Akamatsu, who is set to inherit a major business, aspires to be a shoujo manga artist and has moved into a dilapidated apartment to live independently. After starting his new life, he is approached by a neighbor named Midori for assistance. Although she shares a name with his former girlfriend, he finds himself drawn to her for unexplained reasons.
