A strange sphere encases Tokyo, cutting off all communication and isolating its residents, who now refer to the city as "Tokyo Jupiter." A group called TERRA, operating alongside the United Nations, is established with the goal of freeing the city from the MU, an extraterrestrial force believed to be behind its confinement.
