Ryuuou no Oshigoto!

A teenage boy named Yaichi Kuzuryu is recognized as the greatest shogi player in history, holding the prestigious title of Ryuo. One day, a young elementary student named Ai Hinatsuru appears, insisting he promised to become her mentor. The story questions whether this promise was ever actually made, leading to the start of their teacher-student dynamic.
