Samurai 7

A village is repeatedly attacked by bandits during harvest time, leaving the people on the brink of starvation. In an attempt to protect themselves, the villagers set out to find samurai willing to defend them. They can only offer rice as payment, expecting that only those samurai in difficult circumstances would accept such an arrangement. The villagers hope that these warriors will arrive in time before the next harvest is lost.
