School Rumble

A second-year student develops feelings for a classmate who is about to transfer to a school in America. Hoping to confess before he leaves, she writes an anonymous love letter. When his transfer is delayed, she struggles with her anxiety and tries various indirect ways to express her feelings. Unaware of her interest, another student has a crush on her and shares her hesitation about being direct. Several of her friends and her older, more popular sister observe the situation as the two boys attempt to win her affection without openly declaring their feelings.
