A duo of idols, Tsubasa Kazanari and Kanade Amou, known as ZweiWing, battled an alien species called Noise in armor called Symphogear two years ago. During that time, Hibiki Tachibana was seriously injured by the Noise, prompting Kanade to sacrifice her life to protect her. Since then, Tsubasa has continued the fight against the Noise alone. Recently, Hibiki has acquired the same abilities that Kanade once possessed.
