Aliens are a known fact, and a group with special abilities safeguards the world. Daichi lives in this reality, having recovered from severe burns he suffered five years ago. His quiet life shifts when he encounters one of these aliens, who appoints him as an examiner for a selection process to identify the next protector. Three girls, including his childhood friend, transfer to his school to participate in the test. Though unaware, Daichi is about to face a significant event that will alter his future.
