Super Rose

A young girl named Mayumi Makimura is the daughter of a professor involved in developing an experimental submarine. The submarine's blueprints are sought after by a female terrorist known as Phantom Mouse. After being struck by a meteor, Mayumi gains otherworldly powers and adopts the new identity of Super Rose.
