A powerful faction known as the Medicine Faction has been conquered by the Venom Clan, who proceed to eliminate all allied clans. Zhen Ziqiang is captured and subjected to poison experiments by the Venom Clan's Elder. After surviving these trials, he emerges transformed into an Asura. Fueled by rage and as the last remaining member of his faction, he escapes and sets out to seek vengeance.
