Tetsuya: Jansei to Yobareta Otoko

In 1947, Shinjuku faces hardship as residents struggle to afford basic needs, leading some to turn to gambling for survival. A wandering gambler known as Tetsuya frequently visits Mahjong parlors, where he consistently defeats opponents. His confidence is challenged when he encounters Boushu-san, a player whose skill reveals the gaps in Tetsuya's own abilities.
