Tiger Mask

A wrestler known as Tiger Mask, whose real name was Naoto Date, was a feared and ruthless heel in American wrestling. After returning to Japan, he met a boy at an orphanage who admired him and wanted to be a villain like him. The boy's admiration led Tiger Mask to change his image, becoming a heroic face in wrestling. Tiger Mask had previously been part of Tiger's Cave, an organization that trained young wrestlers to be villains and required them to give half their earnings. After leaving the group, he donated his income to the orphanage, angering the organization's leader, who sent several wrestlers and assassins to attack him. The series includes fictional characters and settings, with real-life wrestlers Antonio Inoki and Giant Baba also appearing.
