Toritan

Inusaki, a detective who also handles various tasks for his local community, possesses an unwanted talent for understanding birds. He despises this ability but befriends a crow that recognizes him by name, calling it Kuro. Later, when Inusaki hears what sounds like Kuro speaking, he discovers the landlord’s son instead. The two share an uncanny resemblance in voice, and Inusaki finds himself frequently blushing at thoughts of the crow.
