In 2036, Japan is governed by the adult party, which imposes harsh conditions on children. Kudou Eiji, a rebellious teenager, finds comfort in his friendship with Akari. When the adult party transfers Akari to a different school, Eiji experiences emotional distress. Unbeknownst to him, this event triggers a latent ability within him.
