Mikami Inaba was engaged in a fight with a student from another school on a rooftop when her friend Haru arrived. Distracted, Mikami was attacked, knocking her and the assailant into nearby rabbit cages and off the roof. During the fall, Mikami grabbed a rabbit and was engulfed in a flash of pink light, fusing with it. This transformation gave her a new personality named Mimika. Mikami's original form only emerges when others threaten her or her friends; otherwise, she remains in the guise of Mimika.
