Ushiro no Hikaruko-chan

Hikaruko, a melancholic girl who died in an accident without revealing her feelings to her childhood friend, is forced to work as a ghost under a strict boss. Despite her tragic past, she finds it difficult to carry out her duties, as scaring people proves to be challenging for someone so timid.
