A nineteen-year-old woman named Rowena Blooming vanishes and is later found with no memory of her disappearance. She experiences a lingering sensation or dream and soon encounters a ghostly man named Enoch Claude, who claims to be from four years in the future and a member of the Margraves house of Claude. Enoch appears only to her and identifies as an incorporeal spirit connected to her in this past timeline, capable of occasional physical and emotional contact. Rowena tries to assist Enoch in returning to his own time, while their bond deepens. Enoch, however, keeps hidden the nature of their future relationship, which was negative. As they uncover the reason for their connection, questions arise about Enoch’s hidden secret and the future that awaits them both.
