Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho

In the year 526 of the Liturgical calendar, witches and their magic are feared and misunderstood. A creature who is part human and part beast, shunned by society, longs to become fully human. He meets a witch named Zero, who promises to grant his wish if he agrees to accompany and protect her during her quest for a powerful magical book. The tome contains dangerous knowledge that could be disastrous if misused. Despite his hatred for witches, he accepts the arrangement, becoming her guard as they travel together in pursuit of the book.
