Clay states that he cannot battle Ash because he ran out of Revival Herbs. Ash and co. decide to help find these Revival Herbs, which can only be found on the Island of Legend where the Kami Trio lives. After Ash and co. arrive on the island for a day, Tornadus, the Cyclone Pokémon and Thundurus, the Bolt Strike Pokémon, appear in such a rage and attack them due to the fact their shrines are desecrated, causing them to rage fiercely for a very long time. The only Pokémon that can stop these two is the Abundance Pokémon, Landorus. (Source: Wikipedia)
