The cyberworld continues cut off from the real world. Civilian NetNavis are under the supervision of police NetNavis, and Roll and GutsMan have an uneasy time. Meiru and the others gather at the Ministry of Science because they are worried about the safety of their NetNavis. As a result of an investigation, it was discovered that the jamming radio waves were caused by an insect-like being, JammingMan.
