Hiroko Utsumi

Hiroko Utsumi is a Japanese director and animator.

Utsumi is best known for her work with Kyoto Animation, particularly as the original director of Free!, and for her later work at MAPPA, where she directed Banana Fish. She is a graduate of the Osaka Municipal College of Design.
