Ars no Kyojuu

In a time of swords, heroes, and legends, giant creatures known as Kyojuu once shaped the land, which was later taken by humans. This act of theft provoked the beasts, who began consuming people. To defend themselves, humans sought divine aid. The Kyojuu spread globally, wreaking havoc, but humans retaliated by hunting them. Advancements in human society came from utilizing the remains of these creatures. Jiiro, a man who has cheated death, makes a living by hunting Kyojuu. He encounters Twenty and Second Kuumi, who is being pursued. Jiiro and his companions begin to explore the mysteries of their world.
