Bakemonogatari

A high school student named Koyomi Araragi retains his humanity after an encounter with a vampire, thanks to Meme Oshino. Following this event, he meets several girls with supernatural issues. Hitagi Senjougahara has no weight, Suruga Kanbaru's right arm resembles a monkey's, and Mayoi Hachikuji is unable to find her way home. Koyomi, known for being helpful, assists each girl in resolving her issue with Oshino's guidance. The first season includes five arcs from the Bakemonogatari novels and consists of twelve episodes broadcast on television, with three additional episodes released online between November 3, 2009, and June 25, 2010.
