In 2023, Tokyo faces increasing criminal activity as societal changes bring about more organized and sophisticated crime. In response, the government establishes an extralegal police unit designed to handle these specialized threats. This team, known as Warriors, is composed of a small number of elite members tasked with combating the growing challenges to public safety.
