Daikuu Maryuu Gaiking

A planet called Zela once helped develop Earth's civilizations with advanced technology. Now, Zela faces destruction from a black hole, and its supercomputer, Emperor Darius, seeks to claim Earth as a new home. To stop this, a group of diverse individuals operate the carrier superweapon Daiku Maryu. The team includes a U.S. navy pilot, a sumo wrestler, a kickboxing champion, and others with psychic abilities. A new member, Sanshiro Tsuwabuki, joins after his arm was injured during a Zelan attack. He pilots the giant robot Gaiking in pursuit of revenge and to prevent Darius from conquering Earth.
