Moomin

This anime is loosely inspired by the Moomin books written by Finnish author Tove Jansson. It diverges significantly from the original material in terms of plot, tone, character traits, visual design, and naming conventions, which led Jansson to disapprove of the adaptation. The series was intended for an adult audience rather than children.
