NINKU

A faction known as the Ninku waged war against the Imperial Army and nearly destroyed it, but ultimately suffered defeat and disbandment. The Imperial Army used propaganda to position themselves as the people's protectors, portraying the Ninku as aggressors who initiated the conflict. Fusuke, who appears to be a child, was the former leader of the first Ninku division. His mother was captured during the war, and after the Ninku's defeat, he sets out to find her. Along the way, he meets Aicho and Touji, both former Ninku captains. Together, they confront the Imperial Army, which seeks to eliminate the remaining Ninku. The Ninku were a clan of extinct ninjas who wielded rare and potent techniques, making them a target for other groups seeking to seize their power. Fusuke, despite his unusual appearance, is among the most skilled Ninku and must battle those responsible for the clan's destruction.
