In a city known as Satellite City No. 9, located on an unnamed continent, Rui Li works as a screw straightener in a factory. Through her repetitive routine, she begins to sense something unnatural about the city. Assisted by a mysterious figure named Anull, she acquires the ability to transform and adopts the identity of the thief Sirius. She uses this power to attempt an escape.
