Initially a military tool, it has since become widespread. Akabane Raishin is a student at the Royal Academy, aiming to be the best. He is accompanied by Yaya, a teenage girl who is his weaponized puppet. Despite his strong combat abilities and determination, Raishin struggles academically, often scoring near the bottom.
