The body of Eiji Kadowaki, whose head was cracked, is found in Yonehana Park. Eiji was an abominable problem child for the Kadowaki family. Eiji violently attacked his mother Yasuko, and it was rumored in the neighborhood that his brother Yuichi had stopped Eiji. It also becomes clear that a suspicious man was sniffing around the Kadowaki family. Inspector Megui suspects Yuichi's crime, but Yuichi had an alibi at the time of the crime.
