Ep. 12: Anggota Brigade SOS melakukan berbagai kegiatan selama festival budaya sekolah.

On the day of the school's cultural festival, the members of the SOS Brigade are involved in different activities. Yuki attempts fortune telling, and Itsuki stars in a tragicomedy. Mikuru, along with Tsuruya, and their class open a yakisoba café as well. Kyon, attempting to enjoy a normal day, later goes to the auditorium, where bands are playing for the audience, and falls asleep. When he awakens, he sees Haruhi and Yuki walking on stage wearing a bunny girl costume and witch cloak and hat respectively, filling in for a female rock band on vocals and guitar. Their performance creates quite an uproar in the audience. It is revealed why the two had to fill in for the two musicians who were unable to perform for their show.
