Tanaka first drew attention for the wild and imaginative fight sequences in Precure [Max Heart](https://anilist.co/anime/1929/) and [Splash Star](https://anilist.co/anime/1534/). Following this he expanded his scope and took up work on productions all around the industry, showing that fights aren't everything he can do.
