A little girl, Tanya, leaves a message for City Hunter and Xiang Ying decides to take the job herself without telling Ryo. Tanya wants to find her father "Shinjuku's One-Shot Wolf" and her description matches Ryo. Ryo and Xiang Ying find that her mother Irina was engaged to Katsumi Kurahashi, however he was framed for the activities of Kishimoto, a corrupt politician, and went into hiding to protect his family.
