A mother suddenly barges into the Odd Jobs office, wanting them to find her son Hachiro, who disappeared after coming to Edo. Though perplexed by the mother’s excessive concern, Gintoki and the gang begin their search for Hachiro. Using a photograph as a clue, they discover that Hachiro has undergone many plastic surgeries. They draw hair and a mustache on the photo for fun and a man named Hachiro who looks exactly like the man in the photo passes them by.
