They utilize a photograph as their primary clue and uncover that Hachiro has undergone numerous plastic surgeries. For amusement, the group draws a mustache and hair onto the image. Shortly after, a man named Hachiro who matches the altered photo walks past them. Convinced this individual is the missing son, Gintoki and his companions arrange a reunion between Hachiro and his mother, though the outcome remains uncertain.
