Ciel recalls of when his parents died in a fire when the Phantomhive estate burned down two years ago, remembering it was the night of his eleventh birthday. Elizabeth becomes distraught and goes missing. It is reported that a series of kidnappings of young girls are occurring in London. While Sebastian is ordered to come up with a list of suspects, Ciel encounters Grell in the streets, learning from him that a puppeteer named Drocell Keinz is behind the kidnappings.
