Ciel remembers his parents dying in a fire at the Phantomhive estate two years ago, on his eleventh birthday. Elizabeth becomes distraught and disappears. Reports surface of young girls being kidnapped in London. Sebastian is tasked with identifying suspects. Ciel meets Grell, who reveals puppeteer Drocell Keinz is responsible. They enter a tower where Grell fights dolls while Ciel evades Drocell. Ciel eventually finds Sebastian at the tower's peak.
