Kogoro, Ran, and Conan encounter a cluster of men disputing in the hospital. Apparently, they all belong to a company named "Aizawa Foods". The president of the company is Kenzo Aizawa, and they are Ryoichi, the eldest son of the president; Reiji, the second son of the president respectively.
