The protagonists return to Tokyo, but quickly find themselves on the run, having been accused of causing the explosions in Hong Kong. After discovering Dokusensha orders naming Yomiko Readman as the possessor of the final Gentleman Book, the "Book of the All Seeing Eye," the four manage to track Yomiko down to the National Diet Library, where she is hiding with an amnesiac named Nancy Makuhari.
