The group returns to Tokyo but is immediately pursued due to accusations regarding the Hong Kong explosions. They uncover Dokusensha orders identifying Yomiko Readman as the holder of the final Gentleman Book, the "Book of the All Seeing Eye." Tracking her to the National Diet Library, they find her hiding with an amnesiac named Nancy Makuhari. Yomiko refuses to assist the tearful Nenene and declines to help the group. The situation escalates when Joker arrives with force, demanding that Yomiko surrender the book to him immediately.
