Shin-chan misses the kindergarten bus, so Misae has to take him by bike. While waiting at a red light, a beautiful woman pulls up alongside them. Misae is nervous before her driving test. When she finds out the childcare center is closed, Shin-chan must also come along. Will Misae pass her test? She drives very well keeping the traffic rules in mind. Hence, she passes the test.
