After Shin-chan misses the kindergarten bus, Misae transports him by bicycle. At a red light, a beautiful woman stops beside them, making Misae anxious about her upcoming driving exam. Discovering the childcare center is closed, she takes Shin-chan along for her test. Misae drives carefully, strictly adhering to traffic regulations, which allows her to successfully pass the examination. She obtains her driver's license and decides to drive Shin-chan to school in her car. However, the trip takes an unexpected turn as she ends up on the expressway and returns home late at night.
