Meeting her old friend Altorius, the day's first customer, the two start catching up, with Yomi reminiscing how she encountered Daiki and became his wife and co-owner of the restaurant. After enjoying a meal of pork loin cutlet, she acknowledges her grandson's culinary skill and entrusts him with the magical door's master key.
