Blue Typhoon arrives on an already dead planet Hobidon. There, Sonic and friends find the remains of a colony and an abandoned building, entering the latter to find the Chaos Emerald. However, the entire abandoned building is that of Metarex Deserd, who can transform at will. The group gets in a tight spot, and is then met with Shadow, much to their surprise. (Source: Wikipedia)
