Rumors abound after Miharu discovers a letter in her shoe locker thinking it's from a secret admirer. At a special meeting in the gymnasium host by the new doctor, Akishima, they discover Nemu has returned after two years at Nursing College, much to Jun'ichi's surprise! Miharu welcomes her, illuminating Nemu the one who sent her the letter.
