Ep. 6: Miharu finds a letter and learns Nemu has returned from Nursing College after two years.

Miharu discovers a letter in her shoe locker and assumes it is from a secret admirer. During a special gymnasium meeting hosted by the new doctor, Akishima, the group learns that Nemu has returned after two years at Nursing College, surprising Jun'ichi. Miharu greets Nemu, which reveals to Miharu that Nemu was the sender of the letter. Later, Mako informs Nemu that Jun'ichi is depressed because he is struggling to accept her sudden return. Nemu then seeks out Jun'ichi to address his emotional state and the situation regarding her return.
