Shin-chan eats the cream from the bun that was kept for a guest, Narita. So, Misae teaches Shin-chan how to eat his food. Misae sends Shin-chan to deliver a circular to a neighbour. Shin-chan forgets about it and gets into a conversation with the neighbour.
