Shin-chan consumes the cream intended for a guest from a bun, prompting Misae to instruct him on proper eating manners. Later, Misae asks Shin-chan to deliver a circular to a neighbor, but he forgets the task and instead engages in a conversation with them. Meanwhile, the librarian attempts to use her techniques to remove people from the library. However, her methods fail to work on Shin-chan and Misae, who become deeply engrossed in reading the books instead of leaving.
