In Japan, the rising need for quality organs has led to the rise of underground groups involved in kidnapping and murder to supply organs, with some doctors participating in these activities, extending their operations to other countries. A high school girl named Tamaki Suzuhara, enigmatic and attractive, is searching for someone significant who has gone missing. To aid her search, she becomes part of an illegal organ trafficking group that targets individuals deemed "morally curable," from whom organs are surgically removed. As she navigates this violent world, Tamaki faces a difficult moral choice. The series explores her quest and the consequences of her involvement in this illicit trade.
