In Japan, the rising need for quality organs has led to the rise of underground groups involved in kidnapping and murder to supply organs, with some doctors participating in these activities, extending their operations to other countries. A high school girl named Tamaki Suzuhara, enigmatic and attractive, is searching for someone significant who has gone missing.
