Jerid pursues Karaba's Audhumla as the AEUG plans to infiltrate Dakar so that Char can break in to the Federation Council and state his case. While the battle rages outside, Char makes an appearance on television and proclaims that the Federation has become just like the Zabis and they need to change and that people should move off of the Earth to help it recover.
